Adobe AIR coding help needed

I need someone to make a webpage that will allow the attached Adobe AIR application to be launched from within a web browser. I think that what I need is described in these pages: <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> Currently, the application must be downloaded to the user's desktop, and then installed, and then the XML file must be opened to start the downloading of the files (this is a simple "download manager" application). What I want to happen is for the above steps to happen automatically from a webpage. Thus, the XML would be somehow "passed to" the AIR application and the AIR application would be auto-started somehow from a webpage. I can provide 100% of the source code for this application if needed. If it is necessary to make changes to the app to enable what I need, I would like you to re-compile the .air file (with appropriate signing, etc). Please keep in mind that the XML file is dynamic, and will change from day to day. So the idea is that I can pass in the XML dynamically to the AIR application without constantly having to re-compile the AIR application.
