Build an event ticketing website

I'm Looking to have someone build an event ticketing website much like ticketmaster.com. ? The site is basically geared towards independent concert promoters and venues and should be those people should be able to add and edit their own events. ## Deliverables Below is a basic rundown of what we need: Homepage Footer - ? Should include links to the following pages: Home, Music, Sports, Theater, Legal, Careers, Affiliates, About Tikitwire Header - Should include a search feature and the login boxes for username and password for access to promoter/venue accounts as well as for me to login to the main admin. In total the site should contain the following pages: [[login to view URL]][1] * A Flash "box" that features 6 Featured events. * A box that has a feed of recently added shows. 2 tabs: 1 for recently added shows and 1 for almost sold out shows. * An area just above the footer featuring google text ads * 1 skyscraper ad * Links to our Social networking sites. [[login to view URL]][2] * This sub page should include an alphabetical listing of events arranged very much in the way. ? Should also feature an option to sort the data by various inputs. ? Date, Category of music, (Rock, Country, Hip Hop, R&B, etc...). ? Should also include advertisements. [[login to view URL]][3] * This sub page should be the same as music with an alphabetical listing of events sortable by various inputs. [[login to view URL]][4] * Same as other sub pages [[login to view URL]][5] * Same as other sub pages [[login to view URL]][6] * Affiliate page should descibe our affiliate program in depth and offer users the option to sign up on a following page. ? You will need to install the software from Post Affiliate Pro 4 and integrate. [[login to view URL]][7] * A page set up much the same way as the Jobs section at? [[login to view URL]<wbr />about][8] [[login to view URL]][9] * A page that displays all our legal policies in one convenient location. tikitwirecom/About_Tikitwire * A page that allows us to share details about the structure of the company (i.e. company leader profiles, contact info, etc...) . ? Should also be able to include a list of links to the 5 most relevant media coverage articles as well as a link to archived past articles. Custom built admin section and shoping cart * Admin section should have two levels of access: ? * Main: Lets me access all aspects of the site and make changes as seen fit to details such as ticket prices, setting surcharge prices/rates, editing event details, etc.. ? Also should be able to access accounting details of sales. ? Not sure how much trouble it would be, but would be nice if this data was also available to export. * Venue/Promoter Access: ? Lets users add events to the store. ? They should be able to add/edit details to any of their events. ? Listed details will be predefined. ? In addition, users should be able to purchase promotional spots on the website and mailing list. ? They should also be able to view real time sales reports of their events, and be able to export sales data of past events. An event page that is the same regardless of category (Music, Sports, or Theater) Along with regular payment options, I would also like to integrate? [[login to view URL]][10]? which allows users to sign up for trials with companies such as netflix to pay for their tickets with special codes that are automatically generated once the offer is completed.
