Creating a PDF file from SQL server

Hi folks, Sorry for the revised requirements. The basic project is the same, but we want the output to be a bit different. We want to make a PDF file from data provided by the users of our ASP.NET/C#/SQL Server website. The basic idea, is they supply us with information on a form, that is then stored in a DB. However, we would like to use that data for a PDF file that they could then print out. An example sheet appears on the attached. The left hand column is static content. The right hand column comes from data in the database. You can see this same information on our unit detail page found here: [login to view URL] I know that there are techniques using PostScript or GhostScript to do this, but have no idea how. I will consider bids after June 25th, 10pm EST to be authentic, given the revised requirements. Thanks. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
