design of 2 screens + some images(repost)

I need to design two screens which are unrelated to each other but for the same site. the screens need to integrate graphically and fit with the rest of the site. colors need to be based on the current template Screen 1 - Q Screen Needed: 6 icons 1 image good css table design to divide the screen into clear section as much as possible above the fold. Screen 2 - FAQ screen the faq screen has 2 images which are ready (failed RAC project) which I want to use - I will include these images once the bid is won. All works needs to be original clean and something that looks good, I will not accept rushed jobs or stuff that canI do myself in 30 minutes with HTML tables. The tables need to be CSS based they need to work on all browsers. The images need to be sharp and targetted to the site audience. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
