Clean Up Code for Web site optimization

I need the code to [[login to view URL]][1] cleaned up and optimized for search engines. I also need update my clean words so that it reflects the content I have written for my site. I noticed that I have two many meta tag key words. I have 30 I only need 20. I also have a code that I want to insert to help people link to me with out asking to link to me. I will need to go over the artical and the code to insert.
