add database/dynamics to static MIVA-enabled site

I have a client that has a MIVA shopping cart but has a static website feeding into it. There are at least 50 pages that need to be converted to a dynamic site (ASP or PHP with database) that would work with a MIVA shopping cart. Obviously there would need to be an "administrative" section to login to in order to manage the products of the site either using MIVA script or using PHP to mimic the current HTML script. The MIVA cart would need to be better "merged" with the site and the site would need to be geared and optimized for Google. Coder needs to know MIVAScript.
