Charting Program Extension

Overview: To complete an application Framework and finish application functionality. This a multi-step project. It is not trivial and requires full time commitment. Please see the attached files for complete information. Below is partial from the attached docs. We have an application framework that needs to be finished. The objective of the framework is to provide us with libraries / modules that offer functionality and an easy interface to extend the application. To extend the application, developers will write add-ons using the documentation of the jar libraries, new add-ons should be jars that are dropped and used by the application. We have add-ons that use the framework which have some bugs -- bugs which need to be fixed. There are some additions that need to be worked on. The information detail of the bugs and add-ons are in the accompany files: TODO-Framework & TODO_Charting. The framework is 90% finished. This is what needs to be done: - Document the code using JavaDocs. We want to give developers of add-ons for the application the documents to use the framework along with the framework libraries. - Finish the Framework by implementing all items in the [login to view URL] file. The testlab add-on is 90% finished. - load new [login to view URL] file to load defaults for: DataPath, LibPath, etc (used when loading the data to chart) - load new [login to view URL] file file to load default time interval to show the price data The charting add-on is 50% finished. - Document the code using JavaDocs. - Convert the charting functionality into a library of the framework. - Add to the charting library programable indicators - Finish the charting application by using the charting library and implementing all items in the [login to view URL] file. Attach a proposed project breakdown and schedule. You can make suggestions. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux, Windows
