Classifieds/Ads Site

I am looking for a Classifieds/Ads Website to be delivered to me. The site should be similar to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] in terms of functionality. I am outlining the essential functionality of the site here. 1. Users should be able to post and view ads. 2. They can post Ads in different categories 3. Localization will be implemented so that whenever a user visits a site, he would be presented with a list of countries then state/province and then city to choose the ads he wish to view. 4. Admin Panel - Should be able to do anything and everything on the site. Examples: Edit ads, block ips, delete ads, place ads on site, view statistics ..etc. 5. All ads related data will be placed in MYSQL Database. NO CMS 6. Project will be developed in Java,JSP, Servlets, HTML, Ajax, CSS, ,DHTML. *** THIS IS NOT A PHP OR .NET PROJECT***. *** NO CMS *** ## Deliverables 1. Localization will be implemented 1. When a user visits the site, he will presented with Country list to choose one. Then a state/province list of that country and then a city list of that province/state. 2. Once the localization is established, the user's location would be saved in the session variable. 2. Users should be able to post classifieds/ads. Each Ad post will have 1. AD ID 2. The user will be given option to mask their email ID during posting. If masked, the ad will not display their email ID. 3. Contact No; 4. Category, Sub Category and Sub Sub Category of Ad posting 5. Ad Content 6. Min Amount 7. Max Amount 8. Once the Ad is posted, the user will relieve an email ; the user will need to click on a link in the email to activate AD post. 9. Once the user clicks on the link in the email to activate posting; the user will be provided with a link to the posting. 10. All ad posting will have the ip addresses of posters recorded in database. 11. Each ad will have expiration of 90 days. This expiration period will be configurable through Admin Panel 3. Ads can be posted and view in Different categories, sub categories and sub sub categories 4. An Admin Panel is provided. 1. From Admin Panel, the admin should be able to do anything and everything related to site. 2. Different levels of admin access will be provided. 3. Admin will be able to control advertisements. 4. Ignore Users, Email addresses and ip addresses 6. Enforce security and abuse policies. 7. See site statistics 5. When a Ad is posted, any user can report Abuse on that Ad, The reporting visitor will be able to selected Kind of Abuse and content and send an email to particular email address which can configured through Admin Panel 6. The site will be graphically intuitive. 7. The site prototype should be approved by me. The developer should be able to make GUI design changes based on my feedback. 8. All the AD data will be stored in database. NO CMS is allowed. 9. The project will be developed in Java, JSP, Servlets, AJAX, HTML, DHTML, CSS Java Script. *** This is not a PHP or .NET Project***
