Design and coding of three Adobe Lyfecycle forms acting as front end of a Siemens Soarian database with fields referencing standardised code To be supplied to the designer : 3 Word desciptions of the final forms.? 1 form to be used as a design look and feel form standard. 1 form to be used as a basic frame to build on the forms. 1 list of code for the forms field description. Form's size? equivalent to two A4 sheet. Clicked button will generate code and display an 'on' mode point otherwise shown 'off'. On Soarian Side the code fetch in the DB will display an on or off related button. ## Deliverables PDF file's fields must be readable by Soarian DB. As well as Soarian can fill the PDF form depending of the DB content. All forms written in XML.
