Advanced PHP programmer needed for code analysis

I am looking for an expert-level PHP programmer/project manager to help me analyze a PHP site and determine if any structural changes need to be made to the existing framework. This is NOT a project for any coding or additions. This IS a project for consultation, so I need someone who is highly skilled and knowledgable in PHP OOP/MVC and has worked with some highly complex implementations. Please plan on taking 2-4 hours to study the code, and then write a one page summary of the site and its implementation. In your summary, you should include what the site does well, what it does satisfactorily, and what it does poorly in terms of GENERAL implementation. I AM NOT LOOKING FOR SPECIFIC DETAILS ABOUT THE CODE, RATHER A SUMMARY OF THE STRUCTURE AND IMPLEMENTATION ITSELF. Finally, you should include your suggestions for improving the implementations. THIS SHOULD BE SPECIFIC. I NEED SPECIFIC INFORMATION ON HOW THE DEPLOYMENT COULD BE IMPROVED, IF AT ALL. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
