Ajax Match Maxing

Well this project is for a Matchmaking site. We believe the proof is in the budding so we ask the winning bidder to provide a simple demo to showcase capabilities. The winning bidder will be selected based on a simple demo we are asking them to create. You can supply us with a demo url that we can access to showcase your capabilities. The time delivered and quality of work will be considered the major qualifications for selecting the winning bidder. You MUST complete the demo to be considered. . Here's what the demo should do from my perspective: When I click the url u send, I should be able see three fields with drop downs and a place where I can upload a picture to create my profile (1)I will upload my picture (2)Field 1: What is your favorite sport? drop down: Basketball, football, hockey (3)Field 2: What is your favorite color? dropdown:black, green, blue (4)Field 3: Do you have a brother: dropdown: yes, no click save so that Im in the database. Then there will be a search button. When I click search there will be 1 user in the database with the following profile (1)Have a picture (2)Field 1: Baseball (3)Field 2: Black (4)Field 3: No Using AJAX and the mysql db when I scroll over the picture the matching information will be shown. For instance if I match all three fields a greenbar will come, if I match 2 a yellow bar will come, and if I match 1 a red bar will be shown, and if I match none a white bar will be shown. That's it.
