Article Rewriter

Need an Article Rewriter system that has the following high-level features. Will disclose full specs upon selection: 1. Web-based in web 2.0 style interface. 2. Needs only to rewrite based on user supplied full sentence variations, i.e. there is no need for thesaurus or synonym database and there is no need for suggestions of variations. If the user inputs changes to sentences, those will need to be considered. 3. Needs to output spun versions of content, including the pre-spin tagged version in format {sentence 1|sentence 2| sentence 3...| sentence n}. 4. Needs to log original word/character count as well as spun % distributed across title, abstract, body, resource areas. 5. Needs to be able to browse for selecting files or folder (all files inside), txt based files, Word format files and HTML content. If PDF is possible, that as well. Needs also be able to read in pre-spin version format. Finer details will be provided to the winning party.
