Auction Site With SMS Integration

Hello, I am in need of a live auction website with SMS integration. The idea is that one shall bid on an item for sale with either SMS or through their registered account on the website and then in real time the bid would be made and the price for the item would be updated in real time on the website. Customers must be able to register on the website and bid from there or only use their mobile phones to bid on the items. You will write the source and you shall be able to make adjustments or add new features to the project until it is exactly what I am looking for. If you are interested, We will discuss what kind of database to use and which server operating system to go for. You shall design a basic website that integrates the features of the scripting and it shall be easily customizable. The final web design will be made by a professional web designer. If however, you do carry the skills of web design with you, I will be happy to discuss that later on with you. The SMS feature will be used in the US and you must come up with a solution of how the SMS bid feature will be used real time on the website. The project must be completed within 2 weeks of acceptance. I am only looking for serious professionals that fully understand what I am looking for and have done some similar projects previously.
