i would like to create a website like Ebay. an online auction system that surfers can create an account and publish their products. other accounts can bid on products and 'fight' for them On-line. i need it to be built in PhP, Linux. also with high quality Graphics, and good SEO ground. it'll be in 2 languages - hebrew and english. i'll provide the content. it should be done with good seo ground,later on i'll need Site promotioning too. i prefer people who did such works before.
