This project should be completed within 10 days of accepting, money will be placed in part in escrow payment and are not released in part until the project is completed and 100% functioning on my server repeater within my web site. What can you do and how it will work. - create chatroom about the same as tiny"the"chat. - Look at video chatroom where all can chat or Make video chatrooms instantly - Host groups effortlessly - Limit of 8 videos per room (instead of 12). - We don't need the PRO accounts option at this time. "video calls Simple & free, no signup" - Users should be able to register/own a channel and control it. - Users should be able to select which cams to watch. - Private mesagging system - Abuse reporting capabilities. - It should scale webcams will publish on one server and playback pulled from repeater servers. - Other functions should work very similar (or better). Please bid on this project ONLY if you have experience and can show previous Flash projcts in your portfolio. We will need to have rights on this system. Once we agree to work on this project, there will be no price adjustments. Bid limit is fixed to a 300 limit. Bid is for the whole project. Provider must have done similar projects before and show references. Bids without previous projects&references will be IGNORED.
