Canvas selector

I am starting up a new website for custom canvas prints ? and I am looking for an app where the customers can select a size and some other options and be able to view a representation of the their canvas print. A replication of the following would be suitable, but i want the photo to show in the preview window (using image magick?) so it would need the addition of an upload button: [login to view URL] I would need to be able to edit the available sizes and the prices. This information then needs to be passed through to the shopping cart which would be the Paypal system. Customer options would be: * Canvas size - Width and height (dropdown) * Layout style - 1 panel, 3 panel and 4 panel (radio buttons with images) * Optional effects - none, Black & White and Sepia (dropdown) image to update * Frame style - Gallery wrap, white edge & black edge (radio buttons with images) * Quantity Price to be shown at the bottom and updated when the user changes an option. I only require the app and I would do the website and styling of the app so it needs to be easily editable.? I am guessing that the system above is using Javascript, php and MySQL Buyer to own? copy write of software? on completion of project.
