Code a fantasy stock market game in PHP

I am building a fantasy stock market game similar to the Yahoo Buzz Game [login to view URL] I need a very good html/php/mysql coder and if you have skills in Ajax, javascript and can code xhtml and css 2.0 valid code without tables that's a great point. You will have the list of words and the quotations supplied, and the design templates will also be supplied. All the rest will be your task (except some functions already coded, that's bonus for you ;) ), including: - display selections of words based on popularity, the words that are most traded, etc... - registering/login process + synchronize login and registration with the forum(VBulletin) - handling the transactions, buy and sell, user portfolio - display graphs with 1 or multiple words on different periods - internal search function - small admin section where admins can put news that will appear on the site - rss parsing to show news on the site - producing customized rss feeds for the users (with their portfolio information) - user rankings - using mod_rewrite links - code the site language dynamically, the site will be in 2 languages with possibility to add more later There will be other functions than that, it's just to give an overview, all functions needed for such a game will have to be implemented in the best possible way.
