Code this site mockup into wordpress (bootstrap theme) - repost

I've designed a site according to the bootstrap framework and now I need it set up in Wordpress to look the same. This is the site: [login to view URL] (you can click all links in the menu to check the whole site). It's pretty straight forward and all columns/width are inline with the bootstrap widths so it will be completely responsive. In the the top there should be a scrolling list with the latest news (let's use the blog-posts for these). I guess the fatest way is just to take a Wordpress theme built on Bootstrap and start adding this content. I have everything in PSD so you can copy the texts from there. I need it done fast, max 4 days. See attached mockups for more info.
