I have some c# code which fetches SQL into a Dataset and then uses this to set textbox controls on a page.
It also uses a similar method to do the reverse e.g. take the controls and put their data into a dataset.
What I want to do is replicate this code in JavaScript.? Now I presume there is no Dataset object in Java so it would need to produce equivalent XML...which I can then parse back into a dataset.
Below is an example of the XML produced from the Dataset...Note that controls are Dynamically created so..the XML will need to change accordingly.
