Custom Wordpress Plugin required

Overview: I want a plugin that is able to hide a particular post or page and will only be shown once a person opt in to my autoresponder list. Bases: Visitor's Perspective: STEP 1: When visitor click into that particular page or post with hidden content, that page will show a preset message telling that person to sign up in order to view the content, this will come with an image button to let the person to click and sign up. STEP 2: Once that visitor click the button, an opt in form will popup to let the person to fill in and sign up. This popup webform will have to link to most of the major autoresponder site such as aweber, getresponse and icontact. STEP 3: After they click the signup button, they will be able to access the hidden content. Visitors will automatically be added to the autoresponder list, no double opt in required. STEP 4: They only need to sign up once, the next time they want to access the hidden page, they simply have to key in their email add, which mean their email add will be stored in admin's database. Admin's perspective: admin will be able to: - write the preset message - insert their desired image of the image button ( if this is too much work, we could just fix a button for them) - link to a list of autoresponder site of their choice. Additional: - The popup web form should allow visitor to insert - their email address - their name - a space for them to fill in their email add if they already registered. - Allow admin to choose a list of colour of the popup box.
