Develop Magento tracking extension similar to Google Analytics

We are looking for somebody helping us develop a module for Magento. RecommenderGhost is a free, hosted personalized recommendation service launched recently. We are currently in the process of developing extensions / plugins / modules for popular CMS / ecommerce suites. The module we need for Magento consists of 2 parts: 1) Tracking module: it should track a) products viewed, b) products added to basked c) products purchased All tracking is based on JS (which we provide) similar to Google Analytics (the google analytics module can propably be used as basis) 2) Showing recommendations to the user Again, this is done via JS but we need a simple mechanism (like Blocks in Drupal) that permit site owners to place the recommendations anywhere on the site. In addition to this development, the module should be published in the Magento Extension Marketplace ([login to view URL]). It could be under your name with "sponsored by RecommenderGhost" and our logo, a short portrait and website URL.
