accounting software website

Hi. I have an accounting software which I intend to start selling mainly in the US and UK, and I require a nice and clean xhtml website. I need a design and layout proposal, the design should be clean and sober, preferably using colors like light blue, gray, white, light green, maybe red and yellow for highlights. You should design the logo, header, page layout, CSS, pages. You need to slice the PSD template which you design. I basically need all the pages with design and all, so I can just go in with notepad/dreamweaver and change your placement text with our text. The pages i need are: Home - intro, product tour About - about the company Features - features table Documentation - online manual, PDF download link Download - download mirrors and options Purchase - paypal, swreg, clickbank, affiliate link to paypal signup FAQ - frequently asked questions Support - live help link, knowledge base link Affiliates - details about the program, link to CJ, contact info Contact (e-mail link, phone, fax, live help button) Please note: there is no login page/form and no member's area. Everything is public. Valid XHTML only please!!!!! Search engine friendly site please!!! Images should be named properly, buttons, alt image and link tags, pages organized in subdirectories with relevant names (eg. /contact-us/[login to view URL] so the link will point to /contact-us/) , meta tags in each page, relevant titles, etc. Links should be relative, so we can move the site anytime without later edits. Pages extensions should be PHP not HTML! header/footer/menu pages should be included with PHP includes. Additionally, if you could assist integrating the literature as i write it down, it would be very helpful and appreciated. The app has a lot of documentation and a ton of screenshots, I will provide these of course. Please no useless bids. Don't bid if you are planning to waste my time. Payment on GAF escrow only.
