Convert Joomla component from 1.5.26 to 3.0.3

I need a simple custom Joomla component converted from 1.5.26 to 3.0.3. On the Admin side the component has four sections: Categories: standard section for adding categories to the component. Instructors: section to add/modify/delete instructor info. Contains 7 fields. Seminars: section to add/modify/delete seminar info. Contains 24 fileds including 10 dropdown lists that pull data from the database. Schedule: section to assign seminars to a location and date. 7 fields with 3 dropdown lists that pull data from the database. Made need help with the front-end after the admin side is functional but that will be a separate project. Also, if all goes well there is much larger project in the works. A customized job board will need to be converted over to 3.0
