Automated Trackback URL extractor/submitter PHP Script

I need a script which will automate the following: 1) Take keyword data from mysql file and search Yahoo, Google and MSN to find the trackback URL on each page of the sites it finds. It should be an intelligent program which can find the trackback URL on any page it comes accross which supports trackbacks. It would be even better if this software can 'know' what the trackback URL is on a page which does not even have it displayed. 2) Grab alexa rank and page rank from home page url and return data. 3) Submit the trackback ping for all pages on an automated schedule. This may need to be done via a proxy. I would strongly prefer a programmer who's already done a program like this as you'll know exactly what I'm looking for. This code will be integrated into several existing php scripts and you will have to work with existing project programmer to complete this integration. If you are familiar with php, mysql, blog posting and trackback posting, please consider this project. Thank you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
