Coldfusion/MySQL database and admin tool

We will have a list of unique keywords. Each of the keywords needs to be associated with a single URL and a single business name. Each URL/business name combination can be assigned to multiple keywords. Each keyword can only have a single associated URL/business name. For example, the keywords "garden", "tree", and "fruit" might all be associated with the URL <[login to view URL]> and the business name "Bob's Garden Store" We need a create this database, and also a simple web-based admin tool that will look at this table or tables in ODBC datasource "keywords" and help non technical users maintain these tables and records easily. Note that site is running on Linux using CF MX 6.1 and MySQL 4.1. We need to be able to list current keywords and their assigned URLs and business names, edit associated URL and business name for each keyword, add new keyword/url/business name combos, delete keyword/url/business name combos. We need some simple error handling, for example if a user tries to create a keyword/url/business name combo that duplicates an existing keyword, use should be prompted "that keyword is already in use, would you like to edit the entry" and click to edit if yes. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
