Create new professional data gathering website/directory

Website will be a directory focused only on oil and gas conferences, conventions, trade shows, exhibits, workshops, events and business meetings. The coder should be able to write script that can read information from another website and export it to a format (excel or word) that can be edited and upload to my website. The reason I ask is that I will be gathering information from several websites and it would time consuming and laborious to go through each website one by one. What would be ideal would be for the system to grab information if I input a web page and then I can edit and format it for my website. A. Use different colors for different event subject listed above. F. Add the Submit conference button/link - see example in [login to view URL] G. Create a tool for visitor to insert his vacation or on duty dates and select a subject and/or month, event type, etc and the tool lists all conferences that fits the visitor availability. H. Create options to search for conference or events based on cost. e.g conference costs < $1000, <$1500, etc. This lists the appropriate conferences/events. List conference in my country or region (Africa, Middle East, Europe, North AMerica, South America, South East Asia, etc). From the resulting list, the visitor will have the option to narrow this list based on event type, etc. I. Online tool and link to download current brochure of oilfied conference for each year. Brochure should be customizable by country, region or subject, etc. After selecting preference, the user can download a PDF version of the events/conference summary. This brochure should be generated automatically in the back-end. J. Add link/page for Webcasts. K. Add menu/link (left side) for visitors who want to receive lastest news from the oilfield. L. Create logo for website M. Store past conferences in archive that can be found using Advanced search options. N. Admin back-end: 1. Add conference details (title, subject, date, locattion, description, etc) and search heading e.g event type, subject, location. 2. All any conference to have more than one subject, location, etc 3.
