Ajax mysql database design build for mobile device site

Hi everyone, I require a design and build of a database with user interface properly formatted for iPhone,android, and blackberry screen sizes. It will take registrations , process pay pal payments, and handle the exchange of a points program between users. Reports will be simple and straight forward for the accounting functions . Securtiy must be at the highest level available and the use of an on screen pin number for authorization must be incorporated. You should be fluent in database design as you will only be provided with screen shoots of what the final product will look like and the reports needed. The tables design is upto the developer. Preference will be given to those who are also familiar with interacting with android and iPhone apps, that will be integrated later. Daily communication and screen shots of progress and tables design are required. Speed to completion is a priority, but execution must be perfect.
