Auto download/upload/posting Leeching RSS + Uploading to filehosts and posting to wordpress

Hy.. I need a script have the follwing functions which will run in windows vps/windows desktp. It will b similar like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] It will be an automated uploading script. It can be based on mysql . 1. Input files from my PC or download files from multi hosting ( ex hosting: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], torrent) . Auto unrar ( support file type: rar,zip,7z.). May be files rar have password to extract. 2. Make video screenshots using mtn. You can set the video extensions. Images are auto uploaded to image hosts 3. Rar files with my site in filenames. Rar files with my comment. Rar files with my password. i can split the rar archive. i can add my own files. 4. Auto upload to filehosts, supported filehosts: [login to view URL], Rapidgator.net. i can add multiple usernames for each host. If i have multiple users the file will be uploaded in a random account. 5. Save post: Save the post to database. ==> My website using wordpress. Save the post to a txt file. ==> use to post on forum. I can set my own template for the post. [login to view URL] post Auto post to wordpress (Multi websites). I can set how often to post. I can set my own template for the post. I can edit post in soft, add text in post Soft should have the abilty to add all type category, and can b run on different pc/server at the same time
