Database with user levels, continue project with me

I have already had created the base of this project by a very talented developer who has worked extremely well to get it to where it is in such a short space of time. the project is coded using code igniter and has 3 user levels, admin . user ,and third party.. these levels all have similar features within but some are restricted.. I do not intend to discuss the ins and outs of the project here but for the successful candidate I will go through all the details. what i can start by informing you is that the following features will be needed, A calender scheduling with ability to add holidays and absence to ( staff rota ) You should note that I have had no choice but to post this project as my current developer has gone AWOL, he was having some troubles with his wife being ill and I suspect this is the reason for his absence, that said I have a business to run and therefore need to repost this job. I will be giving my current developer a further 6 hrs to return, if i do not hear from him I shall allocate the work elsewhere ( maybe you ) please respect this decision, I am looking for someone who can work fast, and show me results in REAL TIME, if 2 hrs work has been completed I would like to see the results so i can asses if your working to my standards. If your working on a multitude of projects please dont apply as this job requires dedicated attention. show me your work, dont just send me loads of links of websites you have done, talk me through what it is you have done especially if its similar to my request , if we interact and I like your work who do you think will get the job? ??
