Calendar events project

Looking for a programmer that has many years of experience. We am serious about getting the right person for this job. If you don't have any experience programming and development, please don't bid on this project. We are looking for someone that has experience in the areas of Java Script, knowledge in Calendars and the building of various calendars. We are an international company seeking for the most qualified personnel to work for us. This is a short description of the project: (powerpoint file and a Microsoft file will be provided with a full description). You will have to utilize this calendar for this project. Some essential qualities and skills that we are looking for in the programmer/group of programmers- -Ability to make complex codes -Ability to follow instructions -Ability to be responsive and available -Ability to have a good eye for graphic design The first page of the website should contain a listing of countries, states, and areas of the world. There should also be a box for an individual to put the location of their interest such as.. A country, state, or city(A good example is to look at craigslist). Once a location is picked, if its a state, there should be a listing of common sites in California, such as San diago or Los angeles.. and other. Or if for example, a country is picked like the United States, a page should come up showing the states of the US.. and so on. Once a city or specific location is picked, the next page should contain areas of interest. These areas will be in the full description.
