Contact form to email

Hi, I need a simple contact form for my website, which will email the submitted data to me. I have tried to make my own form, but cannot figure out how to install a CGI/Perl script to handle the form data. I will PMB bidders to show the form I have on my website. It currently does not work when you press submit. So I need someone to create the form for me, and help me to install the script so that the form data is emailed to a specified email address. I am hosted on a Windows server, so the form script needs to be compatible. I have searched the net and forms scripts are available for around $25, so I am willing to pay $30 for the project. The form must be easy to edit, as I have different pages on my website with forms on them, and i want the data from each form to be sent to different email addresses. Just to clarify the project, I need: A basic form to email script, compatible on a website hosted on a Windows Server The ability to change the script for different pages, so certain forms are sent to different email addresses Help to install the form and script to my webhost.
