Database data input automation

I need someone to setup a system that compares a monthly generated keyword list of search terms (called database A) against previous lists, and against the number of entries in google for the keyword term, and against a 2nd database (database B) which you create from the Google Trends data RSS feed. What I'm trying to find is keywords at the top of database A which have appeared in at least 6 previous database A lists, and which also appears in the Google Trends database. The final product will be a database that matches the above criteria and includes has these fields: 1) keyword phrase 2) average position in Database A (eg 45th from the top) 3) number of Google search results I will provide 6 of the monthly database A to start with. I will require instruction from the provider for how to input future monthly database A lists to the data. Database B, created from RSS feed, needs to be setup and given to me such that it is automatically updated by RSS. The preferred solution will automate inputing into the database the number of Google search term entries per keyword phrase.
