data extraction and entry rental listings

We want to grab rental homes listing data from other websites and load it up instantly to the database of our website. Up to now we have to do this manually on request of the owners of those perticular websites. As we receive more requests from property management firms to put their listings on our website we can’t do this manually anymore. The script we are looking for needs to get all property details, descriptions, images, location address, zip codes, owner/manager/company contact details from a lsiting, upload it to our data base and than go on to the next listing etc. It needs to recognize listings already in our data base to avoid double listings and update changes, additions and new listings completely automated. It needs to have an easy working interface so even our office girl can do the works. It would be nice only to fill in the url we target and the scripts does the job. We will not be the only ones needing/using such a data base mining script so if you already have such a script let us know and let us test it. You must have a lot of experience in data mining and script writing, be affluent in English and keep your promises. If you work is good and you can create web sites as well, we will have a lot of jobs to be done in the future as we have 70 domain names.
