I need someone to write a script (csh, sh, bash, or perl) that automates the steps listed here [login to view URL] . The script should 1) Complete all the steps specified at [login to view URL] 2) specify the download urls as script variables (so I can easily update them) 3) not download the files if they are already present, but have a switch to override this behavior 4) automatically execute the make install command displayed by the ATLAS make command in step 4 from item 1 5) automatically determine the system the user is running and copy the correct make file in step 6 from item 1 6) let the user specify the install prefix (something like --prefix=/usr or --prefix=/usr/local) 7) have a --help or -h switch that displays the correct usage of the script and describes each switch
