Boiler Web Site

URGENT! Need a very straightforward template-based web site done immediately! Don't have much of a budget on this one, but it will consist of approximately 14-20 pages. The winning bidder then will be eligible for other projects. The basic design is finished and all text entry and graphics files will be provided. Also needs a site map. If you can set it up for self-user administration where the end user can enter a password and then update the site as needed that would be great. Also will have a couple forms on the site such as to sign up for a newsletter etc. If you can't get this done immediately please don't bid!! We have attached a template idea as a PDF file for you to get the idea where we're headed.
