CMS based website

Hello, I am looking to implement a Fantasy based resource gathering strategy game. This time of game is nothing new and has been done before the simplest example I can think of is [login to view URL] There are two parts to the game, a server back end (which I intend to develop myself) and a front end (which is the CMS based website I’m after) The game works as follows every hour (or any given fixed period of time to be decided) users are assigned resources these resources can be spent in any number of ways a user decides e.g. research new weapons, build new units etc What I am after is a pretty flexible CMS for game, it should include the following Registration -Modification -Logging in/out -There are some other pages contained within the user registration which I don’t wish to disclose as yet as it will give away the concept and the twist of my game About -Disclaimer -Terms and Conditions -Contact Help -Divided into sub topics -CMS based Main Page -Links provided by CMS -New (blog) User Page (logged in) -Status page -Build page -Research page User management / Site management -Edit/Ban users -Post news -modify site via CMS -etc Once a user is logged in they should have a facility to send messages to other users and there should be a forum (could be freely available forum as long as I can apply a skin etc to it) I think a lot of the stuff is going to be handled by the CMS, as long as some documentation / training can be provided then I think the site is fairly simple I think the hardest part is the forms that the user will use to submit build and research requests (how they spend their resources) If any further clarity is need then please contact me, basically I want a CMS based membership site with some more technical forms =] The solution should use a MySQL DB and be done in PHP I can alittle PHP and can tinker if things arn't 100% as I want them ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
