Client-Server project to populate web-based form third party website and report back to client apps - VB / Web

READ THE ATTACHED SPECS BEFORE BIDDING!!! This will be a client-server type of application. There is one server app and it must be able to run on a linux shared host. There are two client apps should be written in MS Visual Basic and they must be able to run on a Windows XP/Vista/7 system. Full detailed specs (including info on the webpage to be accessed) can be found in the attached zip files. NO BID WILL BE CONSIDERED UNLESS YOUR BID HAS THE PHRASE INDICATED IN THE SPEC SO THAT WE KNOW YOU READ THE SPEC BEFORE BIDDING ON THIS PROJECT. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform Client: Windows XP/Vista/7 Server: Linux hosted on HostGator using something like PHP, Perl, or a similar language.
