Custom WHMCS Module for proxies and VPNs IP's allocation

I need a custom module for WHMCS that supports Squid proxy software and PPTP Vpn for a proxy selling website. Features needed: a localhost database with the possibility to add to db tables: dedicated servers address, servers ips, number of ips etc... Client control panel: * A menu in the user WHMCS client panel that displays the following: -VPN assigned to his account -Proxy IP's assigned to his account -Proxy Port -Proxy User -Proxy Password -Proxy City/State -Proxy Country * Option for user to change: -His IP from where he has access to proxies -His proxy password -Option to request proxy change(once every a billing cycle) Administrator control panel: * A menu in the admin section of WHMCS panel with the following options: -Ability to add proxies to a user based on: -number of proxies -number of locations -number of IP subnets -services Need to: -split the number of proxies equally between locations/subnets -random proxies not sequential -not sold before(need to get them from DB field "not assigned" and remove them as soon as are assign) -Ability to remove a proxy or more -Ability to change proxy port -Ability to change proxy password (we will talk further about some of this db fields) Other features: -Automatically cancel and block user access to proxies if account get suspended/canceled/deleted by admin or automatically for not paying his monthly subscription and reassign his proxies to the "not assigned" DB field. -Execute a perl script from dedicated servers that sync via SSH to the database created : - ( i will create the perl script - or maybe you can create it, we can talk also about this ) User change: - His IP from where he has access to proxies -His proxy password Admin: -Do any modifications(add or modify) -There may be a couple more small features needed, but these are the important ones.
