automate webpage search 2 - requires login

I need Perl Script that opens a text file in the perl directory called [login to view URL] logs into a webpage and fills form with avaiable data from "[login to view URL]", then searches and returns data into an importable text file called [login to view URL] "PROPERTY SEARCH" Fill in form with what ever infomation available in text file in perl directory called [login to view URL] [login to view URL] is a Comma seperated ASCII file and may have 1 to 1000 lines of data (1 records per line) [login to view URL] format: "addressrangelow","addressrangehigh","streetdirectional","streetname","streettype","unitnumber","parcelnumber","ownername","state","county" If one property is found, parse results into an importable *.CSV test file called [login to view URL] For [login to view URL] format see attached zip file NOTE: Do this search and pasring for every records in [login to view URL] and create a multi-line/multi-record [login to view URL] NOTE2: If no results are returned for one line output the results line as the search info reformatted to the [login to view URL] format with the first field or "Parcel No" as "9999999" "9999999",""Parcel No","Owner","Vesting Type","Phone","FULLSite Address ","FULLMail Address","siteaddress","sitecity","sitestate","sitezip5" NOTE3: If multiple results are returned for one line output the results line as the search info reformatted to the [login to view URL] format with the first field or "Parcel No" as "555555" SEE [login to view URL] IN [login to view URL] FOR LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS AND FORMATS ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
