ActiveX equivalent for AMCap DirectX sample application

Hi all, I need to have an activeX developed for my Application. The application is a VB based video and image editing software. The activeX is needed to have the Video Capture capability in the software. The activeX I need SHOULD have the simple interface and easy to integrate with the application. To get the requirements about the activeX, you must take a look at AMCap sample application from Microsoft in DirectX SDK. This application automatically detects the available capture card on the system. Automatically fills the property pages of the filters available. It is easy to configure to have the preview of the video signal from TV tuner/ Capture card. The activeX should be developed using VC++ 6.0 and DirectX SDK 2001. It should be noted that I dont need anything in DOT NET. Feel free to bid, I am open for fair suggestions and any queries.
