Autoresponder email series set up

Hello...I want to intregrate within my blog [login to view URL] a lead capture mechanism and email series and bootcamp reports. I want to have set up within the blog the landing page, the follow on emails ( 7 in total), the 7 boot camp reports that tie up with each email ( these to be hidden within the blog), and to set up the boot camp testimonial pages. I have all the graphics and text for the respective pages, and reports...I need someone to set it up within my wordpress blog on a full page width format for the respective pages...along with setting up the aweber account for the autoresponder format and capturing the data and running the email series ## Deliverables I am looking to have the bid complete on this activity within the next 48 hours...
