Computer Based Testing

In simple terms, I need a CBT developed to resemble the ETS(r)-GRE(r). Its got to implement the algorithm that is similar to that used by the actual Graduate Record Test. The test should run online when users login. It has to be a webserver on the server end, and either a desktop application, a website, applet... anything you wish at the client end. The main thing is the algorithm used by the GRE. The test should be similar, if not entirely same as the GRE. An unmatched UI is fine. I can provide details on how the GRE works and what all its like. There is no need for the Question Bank. The Admisnistrator must be able to administer the users, their package deadlines, etc. as also the question bank. I dont care what technology is used as long as it can be hosted (serverside) on a webserver. ## Deliverables The developed application should simulate the exact GRE test. The exact details of the test working can be provided if the coder is unaware of them. These, if at all required,? will be provided once the bids are obtained.
