Create Dataset from Website

I need an excel database create from a website. ? Go here: ? <[login to view URL]> I need to document when countries sign treaties and when they ratify treaties. ? Go from Chapter I to Chapter XXIX including all sub-treaties within chapters (for example, 1, 1a, etc). ? The way the website is organized should make it possible to automate this process. The spreadsheet will look like this: ? each separate sub-treaty within each chapter (from I - XXIX) will have its own spreadsheet. ? Each sheet will have the following: ? the title of the treaty at the top (including? chapter, and number). ? The first column will have all UN members. ? Each following column will have the year at the top (from 1945-2010). ? Each data point will be filled in using the following logic: ? 0=did not sign or ratify the treaty 1=signed the treaty but did not ratify the treaty 2=ratified the treaty. Any strange treaties must be passed by me before they are coded.
