Create a decision making software

The concept of the software is to help people choose among defined possibilities and his decision is based on defined factors that are weight by a coefficient. In the example you'll see on the link above, the user have to set everything : the suject he is choosing on, the factors, the coefficients, etc. The app i want to build will give offer to webmasters to customised the process to their audience, because they have the expertise : they know the subject of the choice they audience have challenge on, they know the questions to ask and the coefficient (weight to give) to each answer depending on the profile of the end user. So, the app, will give the opportunity to customize the content of the app (with all the questions, coefficients, and so on) and will offer a already made decision making software to their audience. It's just another way to sell their expertise because the end user often don't kn ow the real factors that matters. Example : Want to buy a car, but don't know what to look, how to choose, etc. The software will have questions built in for the end user so he don't have to ask "what is important for the car". But depending on the profile of the end user, the factors for decision will have different importance. Eg: a yong guy will look for a car that has good speed when a father of 3 children will look for space. So the software will give opportunity to the webmaster to : - define the factors for the decision (Eg : security, power, convenience, space, technology inside, etc.) - define user profile (young single without children, father of one children, father of 3 children) - automatically weight the differents factors (with coefficient) depending on user selected profile, but the end user can modify the coefficients - before of after each factor, add questions (multiple choice or text area with variable size) to help end user grab and centralized all info he need to rate a factor And the webmaster will have the opportunity to export this to his website and manage everything about the user and everything in the admin.
