Data Limiter for Nokia

I need an application for a Windows Mobile device that will allow the user to enter an amount that will represent the total data that the device is allowed to use in any one month.? They will also enter a value for a warning that will appear prior to exceeding the amount. ? For example, 30 (mb per month) and a warning at 25 (mb per month). ? If possible, the user should be able to configure whether to cut off or block data services once the limit is exceeded. ? The usr should be able to check a box to auto-start the application with the phone startup. ? There should also be a running total to show how much data has been consumed. ? The user should also be able to enter a price / mb to calculate over usage charges. ? The date should reset either automatically (checkbox) or manually (button).? If automatically, it would reset at the date configured.
