Daycare expenses

looking for a daycare expense worksheet for payments from the ex and myself... and actually, I may want to see if I can add additional children and father's in the mix too... complicated... But long story short... something that both will be easy to stipulate how much I owe for my child and how much my ex owes... (and maybe, like I said, in the future be able to add people). and also, an easy way to report for year to date and end of year type of reporting.. so say, I have paid this much so far, here in April... and in Janruary 09. I can say. Yes. I paid this much... and I assume it would be best to stipulate how we paid... directly with cash, check, bank transfer to the other party. so they could pay it instead... (and if that is the case... the bank xfer, that somehow that would not be double charged, meaning both of us wouldn't get credit for the actual payment). --- anyways... assistance would greatly be appreciated... I assume the two different ways I can see doing this would either be using PHP (on my website)... or.... maybe using google spread sheets... what do you think is the best direction?
