cron job execution difficulty

I have a website with a plug in designed to create a csv file from a merchant datafeed then automatically create a post for each item in the csv file.? When added to the site the items show as a pending post but do not become posted as they should. The process was designed pre wordpress 2.7 but the site is set up with Wordpress 2.7.? ? I need someone to trouble shoot the comand problem between the website and the server (Hostgator) and? suggest a correction for the problem.? ? I also need? identification of the site where the posts both posted and pending are located and a process developed which will allow bulk removal of all posts on the site. ? ## Deliverables I realize that perhaps the problem may not be the result in a deficiency in the existing software but rather one of operator error. If a detailed explanation of the needed steps to be executed is all that might be necessary to meet my needs then preparation of such a document would be considered an acceptable work product.
