I am looking for a web based database system to manage my business. I own a cleaning business. I organize all my details in multiple spreadsheets from clients to staff and everything in between.
The main outcome I need is to be able to organize the staff into a rota so I know who is going where on what day.
Most clients we visit once a week on a set day but sometimes they call to change the day just for that week and these adjustments if not readjusted back afterwards cause problems in scheduling later on.
I need a database system that
* Holds all client data
* Holds all Staff data
* Allows me to create an adjustable rota and allocate staff to jobs (including late adjustments for sick and holiday leave & clients moving the day of their clean).
* A results table so I can see how much money we make each day and from each client. Also this table needs to show my spend per staff member (including expenses) & staff spend total so I can manage my cash flow.
* Bolt on ability for added services that may be provided by outsourcing (such as window cleaning).
* Secure backup/some kind of protection against data loss.
