Clip Share Website Loading Error

My current website named Sell Your Car By Video is not loading properly. I have created the site and it was loading perfectly and fully functioning. The owner and I decided to transfer the site to a VPS server. After reuploading the files the site will not load. I am not receiving any errors and all the files are in the correct place. (After all all I did was take the previous working files and transfer them to this). What I am requesting is a debug. Please find the reason it is not loading the files and resolve it. I need the site to be back up and running. My budget is $15-$35 and time time frame is a week. I will send the files from the previous server to you. Thank you!
