Cosmetics/beauty affiliate site

I need a new shopping site made which will sell beauty products via affiliate programs. There will only be a limited range of products, about 50 in total. Each one will be hand-picked by me, feature a picture, and also a detailed description. Should be possibility to add second picture alongside a product description. Second picture is to show if a particular celebrity is using/wearing that product. See [login to view URL] for examples. It must be set-up so that somebody without HTML skills can add and delete products from the 50 easily. The site is not technically complicated because all the shopping will be done via affiliate links which will send visitors to other sites, but it must be aesthetically attractive. The site must look beautiful, be color co-ordinated and user-friendly to navigate. See [login to view URL] for an example of the kind of site I like. Logo involves changing professionally-designed current logo to add a handbag. Will have pictures in corner of each page of two ladies around whom the site will be branded. Site will have an email sign-up box. I can find a script I like or, if you have a mailing list script which has advanced features (HTML mailings, template etc.) let me know. Please mention which option you prefer in your bid. Apart from the pages with the products, need following pages: 'Privacy Policy' and 'Mailing List'. The latter will have the latest edition of email we send out to site visitors. Depending on how how complicated and expensive it is, would like to have a page where people can email requesting beauty/fashion advice (with the form allowing people to attach a picture). Then, there will be one page where the last four or five questions are answered and older ones automatically disappear. Once again, it must be possible for somebody without HTML skills to add to this page. Please specify if you can do this. Thank you very much.
